Network Paging System - Community Alarms

Call individual pagers or groups of employees from your computer with insight into and analysis of the data.

The network call system consists of:

• 1 x Transmitter Deluxe
• 5 x Text Pager A3
• 1 x Network Call Software (five licenses)
  
  

The network call system works through a web-based application. That means that the communication takes place from any PC connected to the LAN. In a tab of any web browser you have control over all communications through this system (Community Alarms). You can log in with your account information and have instant access to the options as they are programmed for your application.

All messages are sent to the text pagers A3. The messages can also be received by email or text message. Optional packages are available for the email and SMS modules.

The network call interface is designed to make it easy for anyone to work with. You can create profiles per employee or per group of employees. These can be categorized into divisions and job descriptions. Thus, it is easy to select the person or group to communicate with. It is also possible to create tasks and to connect for a while. The one available is currently picking up and executing this task.

Full communication with time indication is stored on a server. This makes it clear for analysis and improvement. Miscommunication or stagnation in processes can be analyzed and efficiency can be increased.

Possibilities
The transmitter is connected to your LAN. This makes the call system an integral part of communication within a company or any other environment.

User Access: Each user can set which options the user has and to which part of the system a user has access to.

Calling Groups: This allows you to call entire departments at once or send groups of employees messages.

Email Notification: Receive emails from sent messages.

Command List: This provides an overview of assignments to be performed. The command list is updated with information about tasks that are already performed or to be performed.

Alarm function: Allows you to send a text message to a pager, phone or email at preset times, such as "Preparing Today's UPS Transmissions".

Managing employees: Send instructions to employees and compile assignment lists.

Customer call system: Through the software, customers can be called for an appointment. You can send instructions about location and department number to the text pager or via text message.

Reporting: Export all calls with data about the sent message, time, and user information in a CSV file.
