A web-based software application that allows you to manage your entire logistics process, modularly built and fully equipped to your wishes.
The software is linked to an internal network. Each PC connected to the LAN can use the software from a web page and control pagers. Due to the modular design, many applications can be set up with this web software. This software is used in combination with a driver call system to call waiting drivers to load or unload with complete planning and options for tracing and guiding the drivers to the correct location and possibly in their own language. This versatile software can also be used for internal communication, managing forklift/truck drivers or other colleagues.

The software is equipped with everything you need;

Clear interface: You can manage the logistics process in one overview. All data such as company name, license plate numbers, goods, arrival time and departure time are all shown in one overview. Moderated and adapted to your wishes.

Calls for pagers: The issued pagers are managed from the software. Calling up the pager with any text instruction is done from the same software. From the interface texts, dock numbers and routes to be driven to can be sent to the driver.

Two-way communication: With the push button on the pager, a message can be sent to indicate that the call has been received and is being answered. This can be of added value for forklift drivers, for example, when the instruction is accepted and executed.

Logistics management: Anyone connected to the LAN network can access the software. The options can be moderated per user.

External access planning: A driver can view the planning in advance and thus see when it is busy at the location. For example, a pager and a time in advance can be booked to promote the logistic process.

SMS option: In the unlikely event that there are no more pagers on a busy day, you have the option to send an SMS from the software. In advance, an SMS bundle is determined for your use.

Extra option: If you are not in the vicinity of a PC, do not worry, you can also call a pager with an email. Send an email from another device to the pager with instructions.
