Manage waiting customers with waiting time indication and possibility for data analysis. With the OnCue software it is easy to manage your waiting customers / visitors and provide them with the best possible service. The waiting list management system consists of software, a transmitter and optionally with coasters or pagers A3:
The transmitter allows the connection to the iPad, the software is required to allow the system to function on the computer in order to active coasters. Optionally, included in the software is an SMS bundle or possibly pagers or coasters to alert the visitors. The software can record a visitor's data/details. A name with phone number may be sufficient. From the interface of the software, it is easy to add a visitor or to call a visitor. In addition, it is immediately clear what the average waiting time status is per visitor.
Sms Bundle
In order to send a text message to the visitors from the software, an sms bundle must be purchased. An application is offered per application. The choice consists of a free trial version of 200 sms, a basic bundle of 1000 sms or one bundle of unlimited text.
Pagers / Coasters
In addition to the ability to communicate with visitors via text message, it is possible to communicate with a text pager or coasters / pagers. For example, visitors who do not have a mobile phone can also be alerted.
The software
Unlimited number of visitors and users can be added per application. Five locations can be connected per location.
iPad connection
To enable the waiting list management system from the computer, a transmitter deluxe must be purchased. The transmitter will be connected/linked to the iPad.
