How does it work?
When guests arrive at your restaurant and ordered, they will receive a coaster pager or buzzer. The disc with digital screen is a device that is handed over to the guests who have to wait for their order to be prepared. Each buzzer has a unique number that refers to the guest. This buzzer number is registered via the point of sale (POS), on the receipt. When the order is ready to be served, simply press the coaster number on the transmitter to notify the guests that their order is ready and can be picked up. The buzzer is exchanged against the order, placed on top of the stack of coasters and can be used for the next guest.

Small, solid and easy to clean. Easy to operate and just press the numbers in combination with the send button to call the buzzers.
Coaster Pager Pro
A very good coaster pager that lights up, vibrates and/or gives a sound signal. The coaster has a digital LCD screen which is very useful in darker environments or festival for example. By default, the coaster pagers are programmed with 90 seconds vibration and light mode, so no sound. If the sound is required, please specify this when ordering.
Charging Station Pro
The coasters pagers are stacked on the charging station to be charged. We recommend to stack up to 20 coasters on the charging station due to the stability of the stack.
