This Matrix customer paging system is a good solution for handling waiting customers, a long queue or to improve your service!. The transmitter has an LCD display with blue back-light and gives the estimated waiting time. To notify a pager, the pager number is entered and sent by pressing the send button.

How does it work?
When a customer or visitor arrives at your store and they have to wait, issue them with a pager. The customer paging system gives the average waiting time which you can give as information to your customers. Each pager has a unique number that refers to the person. The system has a range of up to 800 meters, this can be extended with a range extender up to 2 kilometers. The person with the pager can go wherever they want within range and when they are due to be served you can call the pager, the pager gives a signal that notifies this person to report at the agreed place and to return the pager.

Transmitter Pro
This device is used to send messages wirelessly over a radio frequency to the pager. The output of the transmitter allows to communicate over a certain distance. Optionally, the transmitter can be linked to the internal system so that it can be called from your own (POS) system.
Charging Station Matrix
This has space for thirty pagers. The pagers are also called up from the transmitter. This call system is expandable and the system can be increased in number up to 999 pagers.
Pager Matrix
The pager is similar in size to a mobile phone. Due to the shape of the pager, these can be easily worn in, for example, a trousers pocket or a pocket. The pager displays a light, vibration or sound signal, which is independently programmed of each other. The pager has a display on which the page number can be read. This number refers to a guest and order.
