Description
The Switch Sensor Transmitter is designed to monitor a dry-contact input and send pre-programmed alphanumeric messages to wireless paging receivers such as pocket pagers, alphanumeric LED message boards and central monitoring stations. In addition, the Switch Sensor can send activation commands to wireless PA speakers for pre-programmed message playback, remotely initiate a two-way intercom communication and activate wireless corridor dome lights.
The Switch Sensor transmitter offers some unique features such as:
-
Elevated Alert
Sends alert to supervisor pager when the call is not being cleared within a pre-defined period of time. -
Alert Repeat
Repeat the alert (up to 9 times) as long as the call is not being cleared within a pre-defined period of time. -
Delayed Activation
Delay the call transmission for a pre-defined time and will send an alert if the call is not cleared. -
Supervision
Sends periodical status transmissions according to pre-defined intervals. -
Low Battery Alert
Automatically send a message to report low battery status
Switch Sensor
Switch Sensor Wireless Universal Compact Transmitter is designed to monitor a contact closure. When a contact is opened/closed, the switch sensor can send a pre-programmed alphanumeric message directly to alphanumeric receivers, such as pagers and LED displays. The switch sensor could also be used to send an activation command to play pre-recorded audio from PA speakers, turn on dome lights or activate other wireless receivers.
